Terms and Conditions

Terra Group Event

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Terra Group Event (“Company”) to its clients (“Client”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.  

### 1. Definitions  

  • “Company” refers to Terra Group Event.  
  • “Client” refers to any individual or entity utilizing Terra Group Event’s services.  
  • “Services” refer to event planning, management, and related offerings provided by the Company.  

### 2. Scope of Services  

The Company will provide event-related services as outlined in the signed agreement. Any changes or additional requests must be agreed upon in writing.  

### 3. Booking and Payment  

  • Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once a written agreement is signed, and an initial payment is made.  
  • Payment Schedule: Full payment must be completed no later than 3 days before the event unless otherwise specified in the agreement.  
  • Late Payments: Late payments may result in additional charges or cancellation of services.  

### 4. Client Responsibilities  

  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding the event’s requirements.  
  • Ensure timely approvals of plans or proposals.  
  • Obtain any necessary permits, permissions, or licenses for the event.  
  • Accept liability for any damages or issues caused by event attendees.  

### 5. Cancellation and Refunds  

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company.  
  • Refunds are subject to a mutual agreement in writing.  
  • In force majeure situations (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), the Client is entitled to a full refund of payments made.  

### 6. Force Majeure  

The Company is not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, or extreme weather.  

### 7. Liability and Insurance  

  • Terra Group Event holds valid insurance to cover damages, losses, or injuries during the event, provided they result directly from the actions or negligence of the Company.  
  • The Company is not liable for:  
  • Damages caused by attendees or third-party vendors.  
  • Failures or delays due to circumstances beyond its control.  

### 8. Third-Party Vendors  

  • The Company may recommend third-party vendors. However, the Company is not responsible for their services, performance, or products.  
  • The Client is responsible for direct arrangements with third-party vendors unless otherwise specified in the agreement.  

### 9. Intellectual Property  

  • All designs, materials, and concepts provided by Terra Group Event remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.  
  • The Client is prohibited from reproducing or using these materials for purposes outside the agreed event without prior consent.  

### 10. Confidentiality  

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information shared during the collaboration confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed upon by both parties.  

### 11. Photography and Marketing  

  • The Company may take photos or videos of the event for promotional purposes.  
  • If the Client prefers not to have their event used for such purposes, they must notify the Company in writing prior to the event.  

### 12. Amendments  

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated in writing and take immediate effect unless otherwise specified.  

### 13. Governing Law  

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in Polish courts.
