Terra Group started in September 2009, initially focusing on organizing private events. The company’s owner, Wital Krywko, was a student back then, so the main focus was on student events.
In the early years, the company handled around 300-350 events a year, but most of them were smaller projects. In 2015, they made a strategic decision to narrow their focus and specialize in corporate and business events for large companies.
Between 2015 and 2018, Terra Group experienced rapid growth. The team expanded five times, and the company’s market share grew tenfold. At the same time, the number of events they organized dropped from 350 to 72 per year, but the scale and importance of these events significantly increased.
The year 2020 was a tough test for the entire event industry – the COVID-19 pandemic forced companies to rethink their approach. Terra Group quickly adapted to the new reality, successfully shifting to hybrid and online events.
Thanks to this, the company not only made it through the difficult period but also gained new skills that now give them a competitive edge.
